Three East Jackson softball players were named to the All-Region 8-AA team on Friday, following the conclusion of the fall season. Skyla Faulkner was named Second Team, while Brooklyn Ross and Araya Underwood were named Honorable Mention.
Faulkner finished with a team-best .556 batting average, .642 on-base percentage, a 1.130 slugging percentage with 30 hits on the season. She finished with six doubles, a team-best five triples, and five home runs, with a team-high 32 runs batted in.
Ross posted a .328 batting average with 20 hits on the season, while Underwood finished with a .508 average and a team-high six home runs.
