​EJHS Announces Basketball Schedules

​East Jackson's basketball teams have announced their 2025-26 schedules. Both varsity teams will scrimmage Johnson on Nov. 4 . The boys open the regular season on the road at Mountain View on Saturday, Nov. 8, while the girls open the season Nov. 11 when both teams host Lumpkin County. The games against Lumpkin County start a stretch of six straight home games for both varsity teams, which include visits from Walnut Grove, Apalachee, Flowery Branch, Commerce and Banks County. 

Both teams return the visit to Commerce on Dec. 2, followed by a road contest at Burke County on Dec. 6. East Jackson opens Region 8-AA competition on Tuesday, Jan. 13 at home against Hebron. The Eagles will play every team in the region twice, with a home-and-home series. 

East Jackson closes out the regular season on Friday, Feb. 13 at Hart County.
