Eagles Finish Third, Fourth at Lamar Murphy

East Jackson's cross country teams had another solid early-season performance on Saturday morning in the North Georgia Championships at Lamar Murphy. The boys finished third and the girls fourth in the Silver 5K division.
The boys saw their top three runners finish 9, 10, 11, when Michael Kelleher finished with a time of 18:01.10, Colin Ramsey at 18:16.80 and Landon Brown at 18:18.20. Christian Smith (19:50.00) and Logan Korb (20:01.50) rounded at the Eagles' top five. Rader Hanna finished with a time of 20:01.60.
On the girls' side, Addisyon Odom led the way with a time of 22:44.63, while Norah Nichols finished at 24:21.13. Piper Pennington came in at 24:32.76, while Sierra Angles was 24:52.33 and Abby Worley was 26.50.57.
