Boys Cross Country Wins Granite City Invitational

East Jackson's boys cross country team finished in first place at the Granite City Invitational 3-mile event on Thursday afternoon, with six runners finishing inside the top 14 overall places.
Michael Kelleher finished fifth overall with a time of 16:55.30, while Colin Ramsey finished sixth overall at 17:04.90. Landon Brown (17:29.00), Rader Hanna (18:02.00) and Logan Korb (18:02.00) rounded out the top five, finishing in 9th, 12th and 13th place, respectively.
On the girls side, Addisyn Odom finished 9th overall with a time of 21:12.21, while Courtney Cameron finished 19th overall at 22:30.58. Piper Pennington (22:52.90) finished 23rd overall, while Sierra Angles (23:32.48) finished 25th overall and Norah Nichols (23:50.25) finished 31st.
