Three East Jackson Eagles finished in the top four in their respective events during the Class AA State Track and Field Championships at East Jackson High School this past weekend. East Jackson's Branturan Callahan, a sophomore, finished second on Thursday with a height of 6-feet, 4 inches, finishing behind Drew Charter Academy senior Kenyatta Bennett.
Senior Hannah Kent finished third in the girls' Discus, with a distance of 112 feet, 10 inches, while Hayden Hodges finished fourth in the Class AA 800-meter run, finishing with a time of 1:58.06.
